Fuara b\u00f6lge \u00fcniversitelerinden 50.000\u2019den fazla \u00f6\u011frencinin kat\u0131lmas\u0131 beklenmektedir. Etkinlik, y\u00fcz binlerce gencin i\u015fverenlerle bulu\u015fturulmas\u0131na ve istihdam olanaklar\u0131ndan faydaland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na arac\u0131l\u0131k etmenin yan\u0131nda nitelikli insan kayna\u011f\u0131na ihtiya\u00e7 duyan her \u00f6l\u00e7ekte i\u015fverenlerin de gen\u00e7lerle do\u011frudan bulu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayacakt\u0131r.<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p><br><br>Bu organizasyonla t\u00fcm gen\u00e7lere istihdam konusunda f\u0131rsat e\u015fitli\u011fi sa\u011flanmas\u0131, kamu kurumlar\u0131n\u0131n, marka de\u011ferinin artt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ile nitelikli \u00f6\u011frenci ve mezunlar\u0131n kurumlara kazand\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ama\u00e7lanmaktad\u0131r. \u0130pekyolu Kariyer Fuar\u0131, i\u015fveren ile \u00f6\u011frenci aras\u0131ndaki fiziki ve psikolojik mesafeyi ortadan kald\u0131rarak gen\u00e7lerin, i\u015fverenlerle birebir temas kurmas\u0131na f\u0131rsat sa\u011flarken; d\u00fczenlenecek i\u015f ve staj m\u00fclakatlar\u0131, \u00f6rnek olay \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131, bilgilendirme toplant\u0131lar\u0131 ve at\u00f6lye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ile i\u015f hayat\u0131na y\u00f6nelik deneyimler kazanmalar\u0131n\u0131 da destekleyecektir. \u0130pekyolu Kariyer Fuar\u0131nda, firmalar markalar\u0131n\u0131, projelerini ve kariyer f\u0131rsatlar\u0131n\u0131 tan\u0131tabilecektir. Gen\u00e7lerimiz stantlar\u0131 ziyaret ederek firmalar\u0131n temsilcileri ile tan\u0131\u015fma ve kariyer f\u0131rsatlar\u0131 hakk\u0131nda do\u011frudan g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fme, \u00f6zg\u00fcn ve yenilik\u00e7i projelerini \u00fcst d\u00fczey y\u00f6neticilere sunma imkan\u0131 yakalayacakt\u0131r. Etkinlik esnas\u0131nda kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131 firmalar birebir veya grup m\u00fclakatlar\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirecektir.<br>Kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar, etkinlik \u00f6ncesinde Yetenek Kap\u0131s\u0131\u2019n\u0131 kullanarak ilgilendi\u011fi i\u015f ve staj ilanlar\u0131na ba\u015fvurabilecektir. Fuarlara kat\u0131l\u0131m sa\u011flamak isteyen gen\u00e7ler, t\u00fcm s\u00fcre\u00e7leri Yetenek Kap\u0131s\u0131 \u00fczerinden takip edebilece\u011fi gibi hem fuara kat\u0131l\u0131m kay\u0131tlar\u0131n\u0131 hem de fuar kapsam\u0131nda planlanan t\u00fcm i\u015f-staj m\u00fclakatlar\u0131 ve \u00f6zel etkinlik ba\u015fvurular\u0131n\u0131 sistem \u00fczerinden ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirecektir.
